Our shipment's product is our highest priority, and we want to make sure we satisfy our customers with the highest-quality service. However, due to the fact that the majority of our warehouses are international based, our shipment and handling time may vary, and we are therefore unable to offer next-day delivery. We are committed to delivering your products in a timely and efficient manner. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy.

Order Processing Time

We immediately dispatch your order to our suppliers as soon as we receive your payment for verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging which can take up to 4 days.

Shipping Time

Regarding the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination, it can take 10-15 days, although actual shipping time may vary

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number. You can track your order at any time by clicking on the tracking link page included in your shipping confirmation email. Please note while the majority of our shipping companies offer a tracking service, we can not guarantee it in all cases.

Lost or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team at the_classiqstr1@yahoo.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will investigate the issue and offer a resolution, either by sending a replacement or processing a refund (based on the situation).

Please retain all packaging and photos of any damaged items, as these may be required for claims.
